Woordfees ('Word Festival') is the annual literary and art festival of Stellenbosch University (Universiteit Stellenbosch) in South Africa.

In March 2018, the team that created Prinz Bettliegend for the PtJA festival in South Africa in September 2017 was invited to restage the play at Stellenbosch University's Woordfees ('Word Festival').  This the annual literary and art festival started in 2000 as an all-night celebration of Afrikaans literature, but over the past two decades it has grown into one of South Africa’s largest multilingual arts festivals, annually hosting over 500 performances and events in more than 70 venues.  Prinz Bettliegend was updated and performed on March 9, 10 and 11, 2018.
